Delivery

We aim to keep our website current with stock available, and therefore we are able to despatch goods to reach you within 5-7 working days within the UK.  However items that are made to order may take up to 14 working days.

Returns

We would hope that you are delighted with your order, but we will understand if the product does not meet with your expectations, and you can return the unused goods back to us within 14 days for a full refund or an exchange.  

We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items, with the exception of faulty goods, postage cannot e refunded and we will not give refunds until we are in receipt of the goods. Returned goods must be in their original packaging.  

When returning goods we recommend that you return them using registered post as we cannot be responsible for goods that do not reach us.
