Play House Design Features

Safety is paramount to Lavenders Blue, and we have undertaken to adhere to all current safety standards.

•  Door hinges have finger guards

•  Toughened glass

•  Gaps between railings comply with safety guide lines

•  Wheel stabiliser to prevent movement

•  Flexible gloss paint or wood stain

•  Rubber non-slip tread on steps

•  Detachable steps

•  Our caravans can also be custom painted and although not advertised     in our brochure, they can be made to a 'full' size.

Although all measures have been taken to ensure your children are safe whilst playing on our products, we cannot guarantee against injury and all children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION

Our caravans are individually hand-made by craftsmen and designed to be sited outdoors. They are built to last and to be played in all year round, however, we recommend, during periods of non-use, that the steps are removed and a protective cover used (available from Lavenders Blue.)

In the spring we recommend a 'spring clean' with warm soapy water throughout. We would recommend that the caravan is not sited under trees.

Wood is a natural product which responds to atmospheric conditions and some cracking or movement is to be expected with the passing of time.
